Celebrities have sought the talents of Chef Konstantine's award winning creations, including Julio Eglesias, A1 Pacino, Anthony Quinn and Tom Hanks.

Chef Konstantine has also engaged in food debates, exchanging culinary ideas with other renowned chefs including Chef Mosimann. Chef Mosimann is known for his numerous culinary awards and 12 years of service at the prestigious Dorchester Hotel in London where he prepared dishes for the Royal Family. Chef Konstantine was honoured to hear that his famous recipe for vegetarian stuffed peppers (Yemista) was among the favourites of the late Diana, Princess of Wales.

Chef Konstantine's love for cooking began as a youngster. He has devoted his life to perfecting the art of cooking and has gained both experience and acclamation throughout Europe and North America, utilising his talents, most recently in the finest Toronto Restaurants.
