Chef Mosimann is known for his numerous culinary awards and 12 years of service at the prestigious Dorchester Hotel in London where he prepared dishes for the Royal Family. Chef Konstantine was honoured to hear that his famous recipe for vegetarian stuffed peppers (Yemista) was among the favourites of the late Diana, Princess of Wales.
